Building affordable, sustainable housing demonstrators across the UK
Home@ix is proud to announce the development of seven flagship demonstrators across various UK locations, with our first demonstrator home being built in Grenofen, Tavistock, Devon.
These homes showcase our unwavering commitment to addressing the housing crisis through modern construction methods and sustainability.
The Grenofen EverAfter Demonstrator, our first project, brings together best practices in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), for quick delivery, more efficiency and a smaller footprint on our planet.
Alongside the Grenofen Ever After cottage, we'll build six more demonstrator homes, each designed to further advance sustainable, affordable housing solutions.
Coming soon: typical developments
Home@ix and Potton developments typically mix 10 to 50 homes. The 25-home scheme shown here includes 25% affordable homes, as a mix of affordable rent and discounted open market sale, together with homes for key workers.
The site plan pictured is contracted and in pre-application planning, with earliest occupation in April 2030. Other sites for 2027 and 2028 delivery are urgently required.
